A suspenseful cop yarn with a fantastic spin that kept me turning pages to see what would happen next. Accomplished martial artists will appreciate the precise descriptions. The author's many years experience in law enforcement is evident in the incisive, sarcastic, sometimes brutal humor so characteristic of seasoned cops. Steve is a good friend of mine as well as an avid martial artist this shows in hiis writing, the next book will be equally as good. I’m always looking to push out of my comfort level and read something different- I thoroughly enjoyed this and couldn’t put it down. A cop, with martial arts training, and some quantum physics/ time travel thrown in? I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy but it works! I loved, loved the ending, and I loved the writing style.
